Getting started with Gaudio OTT
Gaudio OTT is ready to use in about five minutes: create a free account, confirm your email, search a symbol, and open its options chain. This page is the short checklist; each step links to the page that explains it in full.
What Gaudio OTT does
Section titled “What Gaudio OTT does”Gaudio OTT is an options analysis platform. It covers four things, and it helps to know which one you are after before you start clicking:
- Market reading — dashboard, heat maps, economic calendar and news.
- Options analysis — options chain, intraday Open Interest, volumes, GEX and volatility, plus multi-day position studies.
- Proprietary indicators — Gaudio Indicator, GEX Gaudio, ATM Vola and (on invite) GauBio.
- Strategy work — the Strategy Builder with payoff curves, plus the Opportunities Scanner and AI Suggestions.
The fast path
Section titled “The fast path”- Create your account on the public site — no credit card. See Create account.
- Confirm your email from the message you receive. Without verification the dashboard stays locked.
- Log in and land on the Dashboard.
- Get your bearings with the three areas of the app — see Interface layout.
- Search a symbol you already follow, using the field in the top bar. See Symbol search.
- Read its overview — price, session data, historical chart, expirations. See Symbol overview.
- Open the Options Chain for one expiration and read the strikes. See Options Chain.
What the Free plan includes
Section titled “What the Free plan includes”A free account is a real account, not a demo. It includes real-time data on stocks, indices and futures, plus:
- the dashboard with the main indices and ETF cards
- symbol search, symbol overview and favorites
- the complete options chain
- the position Open Interest study and Volume study
- the stock and ETF heat maps
- the macro calendar
Intraday analysis, the proprietary indicators, news and the strategy tools belong to the paid plans. The full grid is on Plans and pricing, and monthly paid plans come with a 7-day free trial for accounts that never had a subscription.
Recommended first actions
Section titled “Recommended first actions”- Search an instrument you already know well — a familiar chart makes an unfamiliar tool obvious.
- Add it to your favorites so you do not search for it twice.
- Open the Options Chain, pick the nearest expiration and press Process.
- Compare intraday Open Interest with intraday volumes on the same symbol: positions already open against activity happening now.
- Only then move to the position studies and the indicators.
Common mistakes when starting out
Section titled “Common mistakes when starting out”- Skipping email verification. The dashboard stays locked until the address is confirmed; the button to resend the message is in Settings.
- Starting from the most advanced tool. GEX and the proprietary indicators make sense once you can read a chain and an Open Interest profile.
- Testing options analysis on a futures contract. Several analyses — the position studies and the intraday volume charts — do not support futures.
- Opening the app in many tabs. Each plan allows a maximum number of simultaneous windows (Free 1, Premium and Strategy 3, Ultra 5).
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to start using Gaudio OTT?
About five minutes: registration takes a minute, email verification is a single click, and from the dashboard you can search a symbol and open its options chain immediately.
Do I need a credit card to create an account?
No. The Free plan requires no credit card and no payment details. A card is only needed when you subscribe to a paid plan, including when you start the 7-day free trial on a monthly plan.
What can I do with the Free plan?
The Free plan includes real-time data, the dashboard, symbol search and overview, favorites, the full options chain, the position Open Interest and Volume studies, the stock and ETF heat maps, and the macro calendar.
Can I use Gaudio OTT on more than one device?
You can sign in from any device, but the account is bound to one active device at a time. Signing in from a new device or browser closes the previous session. Recognised browsers are listed under Your devices in Settings, where you can revoke any of them.
Which page should I open first after logging in?
The Dashboard. It gives an immediate read of the main indices, futures and ETFs, and every card opens the overview of that instrument, which is the entry point for all deeper analysis.
